Comments: Arrived on time, established what the fault was re our very poor internet speeds. Installed Splitter/Filter and replaced wrong cabling used by whoever did the original installation and hey presto we now have download speeds of 18 Mbps and upload of 1.026 Mbps. Would definitely use them again. Price was very reasonable.

Comments: Professional, and kept me informed of what was happening. Gave me a clear audible confirmation of the noise fault on my line. As a result of the report, iiNet have now credited me with the charges they originally invoiced me for, and they also reimbursed the charges you invoiced me for; on the basis that the fault had existed continuously since last year. A Big Thank You!

Comments: I just have to give this company a huge plug. It is so rare in this day and age that you call a company one day, they arrive not only on time but a bit early on the very next day, fault find, make the necessary repairs fast and efficiently and for a reasonable price. I am so grateful for your prompt efficient service and I wish your company all the success in the future. From the moment the telephone was picked up to the end of the job it has been a total pleasure, I can't rave enough.

Comments: Work was ok. Staff not exceptionally friendly No holes to be drilled Time taken to install a new cable with existing wall plates but had to be changed one hour...$300.00 Will check website in 2 months to see if they paste this reviews

Response: Thank you for your feedback. We accept your feedback that the technicians could have been friendly but the rest of your feedback we think is a little unfair. This was a Cat 6 cable run in a double storey house with very restricted ceiling space. We had to drill out and recess a new 3 way Cat 6 plate at one end and install a new 2 way TV and Cat 6 plate at the other. We also drilled and remounted another wall plate which had been pulled off the wall, labelled the new outlets, provided you with labels for your other existing outlets, provided you with an adapter for your TV cable, wiped down the walls and vacuumed. We had 2 technicians on site for 90 minutes to complete the installation and the charge was $293.

Comments: I was suffering from frequent ADSL+2 dropout issues. Checked the equipment with iiNet and couldn't find any faults. Called Aussie Cabling [and] Brett came out and checked the home telephone cabling. Older house with typically old style telephone wiring used in the 80's. A [central] filter was needed to separate the cable leads in the roof in order to stop noise frequency interfering with our ADSL+2 router. Problem solved, issues fixed and our internet is working better and faster than ever before. I'd recommend Aussie Cabling.

Comments: I was having trouble with my internet background noise through my phones and signal problems with my televisions Brett came out asap explained clearly what the problem was and how he could fix it. he then went about fixing all our issues with speed and professionalism, and at a very reasonable price. i would be more than happy to recommend to anyone with similar problems. thanks Brett

Comments: I rang Aussie Cabling wanting a new TV antenna installed. Brett was exactly on time, tested my TV and then fixed the problem by replacing a join somewhere in my roof. I didn't even need the new antenna. Very happy with your profession service and your bill.

Comments: The technician who come out to my home was on time, very friendly and explained everything to me as he worked. He even vacuumed up afterwards and left no mess. My noisy phone is fixed and the kids all say the internet is much faster. Thank you so much. It is not often that I recommend a company but Aussie Cabling were fantastic.
