Pricing

Typically we charge a Call Out fee of $130 to come to your home or business which includes the first 30 mins on site.

We then charge $33 / quarter hour after that first 30 mins.

For installation works, we try to provide a price estimate or quote in advance.

Invoices are issued upon completion, with payment due within 7 days via cash, bank transfer or credit card.

Standard Fees: ★ $130 Call Out fee (includes 30 mins on site) + $33 / quarter hour (after the first 30 minutes); ★ Applies 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, within our standard service area
Saturday Call Out Fees - By appointment: ★ $160 Call Out fee + $44 / quarter hour (after the first 30 minutes); ★ Applies Saturdays 9am-4pm
Sunday Call Out Fees - By appointment: ★ $190 Call Out fee + $55 / quarter hour (after the first 30 minutes); ★ Applies 9am-4pm Sunday
Emergency Call Out Fees: ★ $220 Call Out fee + $66 / quarter hour (after the first 30 minutes); ★ Min charge of $352; ★ Applies 5pm-8am Mon-Fri ★ Before 9am & after 4pm Sat/Sun
Additional travel (Outside of our Standard Service Area): ★ Typically $33 / quarter hour + $1.25 / Km
Real Estate Agency and Strata Management clients: ★ $33 Key collection / return fee; ★ 14 day payment terms
